Natalie Jane Imbruglia, born 4 February 1975, is an Australian-British singer-songwriter, model and actress. In the early 1990s, she played Beth Brennan in the Australian soap Neighbours. Three years after leaving the programme, she began a singing career with her chart-topping Ednaswap song "Torn".

Her next album, Left of the Middle, released in 1997 and sold 7 million copies worldwide. The next five consecutive albums of Imbruglia have sold a combined 3 million copies worldwide. Imbruglia has won a number of awards, including eight ARIA Awards, two Brit Awards, one Billboard Music Award and three Grammy nominations. Furthermore, Imbruglia has won the programme ''The Masked Singer UK''. 

Imbruglia has appeared in several films, including the 2003 release Johnny English and the 2009 Australian indie film Closed for Winter, and she has modeled for several brands, including L'Oréal, Gap and Kailis.

Imbruglia has also done a lot of philanthropic work, including being a long-time spokesperson for Virgin Unite and running campaigns to raise awareness for obstetric fistula.
